a- adv. quickly, while moving quickly; hastily, cf. ^landa, landuka.

a- (ka/bu) intersecting; passing of individuals or groups moving in opposite directions, as an adv. in the opposite direction/opposite way. Kaabadde kayisanyo ka malusu na ddookooli. People (or vehicles, moving objects, etc.) were moving in opposite directions. There was a great commotion/total pandemonium, lit. there was an intersecting of saliva and the adam's apple, cf. 2yita.

a- (ka/bu) moving, stirring; commotion; tumult, cf. zunnana.

o- (lu/n) the unwrapping of food (preparatory to serving); removing/removal of bricks (from a kiln), cf. ^jjula.

e- with the -a of rel. amatooke ag'empogola, plantains cooked without removing the skins, amagi ag'empogola, boiled eggs. cf. muliibwampogola.

e- (n/n) light sound of footsteps, light noise made by men or animals moving.

caus. cause to wander about. Omwana agenda amuwuunyeeza mu masomero. He keeps moving the child from school to school.

v.i. move with a scuffling/rustling noise (esp. of one moving through a trackless area).

v.i. be constantly moving about; be a vagabond.

lit. moving her lips up and down.

v.i. balance oneself; stand without moving; stand without supporting oneself (of a child learning to walk).

(-suganye) also sugasugana (-sugasuganye) v.i. move from side to side; be constantly moving; be restless.

v.i. fly/flitter from place to place (as insects moving from bush to bush).

okuzinya ekintu, to keep moving a thing from one place to another, okuzinya oluguje, to disturb, give (a person) no peace, okuzinya omuntu engera, to bother a person, give a person no peace.
