vacillate; be clumsy. kugalanga- tana nga kigaali kya muyiga, to walk unsteadily; to be unsteady or clumsy in what one is doing, lit. to be unsteady like the bicycle of one who is learning (to ride). Ensonga ze bigalangatana. His affairs are in bad shape.
o- (mu/ba) child slow in learning to walk.
